Founder and CEO

Mesay is a leader in the electromechanical industry, known for his strategic insight and commitment to quality. He began his career with Gast Solar Mechanics PLC as an entry-level engineer and rose to the title of Senior Engineering Manager. Over his two-decade career, he founded Altair Manufacturing & Trading PLC to address market gaps, serving clients from residential buildings to hospitals and universities. His leadership drives innovation and empowers engineers through training and management, ensuring technical excellence. Mesay holds a BSc in Automotive Technology and an MBA from Addis Ababa University. He has also obtained multiple international certifications in electromechanical disciplines.

Elsabet Shiferaw

Engineering Team Lead

Elsabet is an expert in electromechanical systems, project management, and industrial automation. She specializes in optimizing operations, ensuring efficiency, and implementing cutting-edge engineering solutions. Elsabet has extensive HVAC experience in both residential and commercial facilities. She holds a BSc in Electromechanical Engineering from Gonder University.

Tigist Siyome

Finance Manager

Tigist is a finance and legal expert with a deep understanding of financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Tigist served as a senior accountant at Gast Solar Mechanics PLC before she is joining Altair. Her dual expertise ensures financial stability and legal integrity in all business operations. Tigist earned BA in Accounting and LLB in Law from Haramaya University.

Meraf is a versatile Sales and Marketing Manager with experience in hospitality, real estate, and media advertising. Her previous roles include Sales Executive at Best Western Premiere and Abay Television, Sales Representative at DMC Real Estate, and an Accountant at Gast Solar Mechanics PLC. Meraf earned a BA in Accounting and Finance from Adigrat University. She combines financial expertise with strategic marketing to drive brand growth and sales.
